LICENCE DE PRODUCTION
Studio Paris Art VEB possède une vaste gamme d'outillage de moulage en caoutchouc silicone industriel, ainsi que des « modèles maîtres » associés pour un grand nombre de gammes de soldats de plomb.
Occasionnellement, et à notre seule discrétion, nous pouvons proposer certains produits à d'autres entreprises ou opérateurs de l'industrie connexe, pour produire ou, POUR UNE PÉRIODE DE TEMPS STRICTEMENT LIMITÉE UNIQUEMENT, nos produits sous une licence commerciale, pour laquelle vous nous versez des frais.
Cela ne transfère PAS la propriété de nos biens ou produits à des tiers, cela vous permet simplement d'utiliser certains outils ou modèles pendant une période légalement payée et spécifiée.
Nous conserverons en permanence nos propres outillages et modèles de produits originaux, et le Licencié aura accès à des outillages de seconde copie identiques et de même qualité.
Des frais pour la réalisation d'outils de deuxième copie et des frais de mise en place juridique s'appliqueront à tous ces arrangements ou accords.
