We purchased Chota Sahib and Studio Figure range in 2009 from the retired former owner.

We formaly sold and Marketed our Figures through a UK Retailer who used to be a neighbour of ours when we lived in FROME Somerset before going back to France.  While in France ,there was "family" vusiness to attend to, a corrupt West COuntry Solicitor had stolen a great deal of my Money from a Fund held in my late Mothers Estate, and iw as obliged, rather dangerously as it turned out, to be dealing with a group of English Foreign Criminals who had stolen my Mothers Funds and Invested them in English controld property in St Antonin Noble Val area, which is very near to the Spanish Frontier. Our retailer took full greedy advantage of the situation, and stole old stored Moulds from a store in Graulhet.  He then proceeded to copyright Piracy our stolen figures, selling them first at Torbay Model show (with the full blessing of the Administrator of PLANET FIGURE Online who was at that Torbay Show, and is documented as knowing full wella bout it,  Forum (who state on their Forum they "always Prosecute Recasters" !!!!). I complained to Planet Figure, who blocked my account, and kept all our Product Photos !!!!   And then the UK Retailer was caught setting up a web site trying to sell them, which we got taken down by filing an official complaint to the site service.

I assurre you and those whoa re honest decent folk in our Industry (its NOT everyone !) that not one sole word of any of this has been "made up" or somehow "imagined".

worse and rather more equaly shocking still, our busness was advertized in USA "Toy Soldier and Model Figure" (now Historical) Figure magazine and we wrote at the time to a man in America called Stuart Hessney and a lady called Sara Vix. But then, something rather strange happenned about our advertisment. Upon returning South we discovered it had been cancelled, the Moulds stolen, and Six Hundred Euros worth of toy Soldier Stock in Painted Samples and another six hundred in Antiques placed with a loca dealr had "gone" !!!!

recently, after many years pent tracking down the culprits, my wife and myself discovered that Stuart Hessney had been actively involved in "selling Sarum Soldiers" in 2015 PROBLEM

Mr Chevallier had already visited the Police station and reported the goods stolen by before then !!!!!!! And a lot of other things as well.......

One seven Ton Motor home was damaged beyond repair, and a Renault Van attacked while Mr Chevallier was driving it, and which later got repaired.

we wish to b e absolutely crystal cleara bout all this, there is no doubt organized crime is involved in all of these incidents.

And several KEY workers or Corporate bodies, Personalities from the Toy and Model Figure Industrie are involved in these incidents right up to their necks.

There are a number of other pertinent concrete parts of evidence involved here in this sordid affair which due to impending legal procedures against the various involved parties we are un able to disclose.  

I will say this however, theya re all well up to their necks in shit!!!!!!!!

 

Hundreds and Hundreds of illegal, Piracy, stolen figures were copied in htis way by that disgraced UK Retailer, I WILL NAME AND SHAME him here, because i have NOTHING to fear from speaking the truth.  Mr Simon England and his Son Graham, before, finaly, after writing ahead of time to the organizers of that show (to no avail !!!) and catching up again with them at a the SMC Scale Model Challenge Show, held in that Hotel which used once to be a Holy Convent , at the  Dutch Model show in Veldhoven.  Despite contacting the shows organizers, (and finding hundreds of our products illegaly onsale there) instead of helping me catch the culprits, I was un aided, and apparently" breifed against" at the show dinner the night before i arrived, labeling us as some sort of toruble maker and later i received a nasty e mail threatening me if i continued my claims.  Several days alter violent men arrived at my farmhouse, and threatened me with a gun !!!!!!!

It seemed they came from the Far Extreme Right.....

We saw our pirated figures on sale there. and the "Dealer" Agent hiding behind a Display to avoid us)

 

Now I want to be a Hundred Percent clear on this, we found our Chota Sahib Figures illegaly being sold, in flagrant breach of copyright there. We saw the identical same Packageing as used by that disgraced Retailer, and Positively Identified those Products right there and then.

We have the photos taken at Torbay model Show.  We have the Piracy Product packageing from there and at Veldhoven Show (where Mr Chevallier personaly caught their agent selling the piracy stolen figures in extremly big quantities). 

We have the tHREADS? cONVERSATIONS PRINTED OFF AND IN THE dOSSIER; wE HAVE EVEN RE PURCHASED OUR OWN STOLEN Figure products over severl ears to prve the malfeasance of thse copyright breaching ex retailer figures.

Dave and Rose and Jo Palmer also sold a number of our Stolen figures, Pirated from Mr Chevallier. We have print offs from their then website.

We have the Pink Packageing containing OUR Toy Soldier products sold by the Palmers in Devizes, which clearly (unfortuneately for them) have their very own adddress printed clear as day on them.

​

Other figures also were appearing illegaly being sold in New Zealand, and one of the Industrie from new Zealnd had been seen, spoken too and reported to me by a friend and contact down in Albi, as sarching fo  where are my topy soldiers....

Despite what ever "words" or lies or excuses get churned out by those in the Business trying to cover it all up.

 

We went to the police to report the armed violence and that my life was now in Danger, I had to abandon a proeprty I own and was renovating at the time, and moved away to Paris, where not too long later in time, once again, i was violently assaulted all over again.

 

I was set upon by a RABBID DOG and bitten, infected with Rabies and ahd to go to London for Life saving emergencey Medical treatment. That is "on Record".

During this time I made contact with a UK seller who sold me virtualy all the lost figures, and we took them back to france in our (heavy!) hand luggage on the TGV Channel Tunnel train, arriving at Paris.

 

Then we bought back the stolen goods, from other dealers, (and tried in vain to contact certain other UK delaers whow ere now also known to be pirating our figures !)  (it took a long time and cost us a lot of money)  only (SURPRISE SURPRISE) to have them re stolen from us again afterards later on when someone turned off our security alarm, and entered our buildings to steal, causing a massive Law Enforcement and Insurance headache. . 

 

Just to recap events, I was violently attacked, my Motorhome smashed up in St Antonin, documents, personal family photos stolen, and a lot of Painted Professional Chota Sahib samles painted by Becky Stadden were stolen from us too. (Some of those particualr thefts might well prove now to be linked to my ex wife, her Lover and her Brother who is also a rival UK Norwich Toy Soldier Dealer.  (And to the sectarian Cult they belong to of Jehovahs Witnesess). My Renault van was attacked and badly damaged, i have had a car driven straight at me trying to KILL me, (the driver turned out to be a Dutch man !!!) and several times almost run over by cars that later turn out to be driven by  Dutchmen !!!!!!!

 

When I was staying in Dieppe visitng the Red Beach Dieppe Raid Museum and the famous Ivory Porcelain Collection at the Castle there, two Dutchmen and a Britih man orgnaized a car to ram my van, to push it into a hundred feet of harbour water to drown me, (i only escaped because  "something" made me move my van only moments before the event happenned and thec ar instead plunged down onto a Gendarmerie boat nearby in the harbour creating a major emergencey.

Conclusion? 

 

Someone in the "Industrie" wants me silenced !!!!!!!

Mr England was working with German and Polish "Busnissmen" and illegaly pirating our products, and i was robbed assaulted and threatened and driven from our home by them. 

​

Under these circumstances,we are owed a huge sum of money from the FROME Model Centre in Somerset, (Catherine Hill Shop)  (who sold our work under the name Studio Figuriens or similar) and Compensation for the violent assault, loss of our home and a very great number of other sordid affairs connected directly to all of this.

​

Understand me clearly on this subect, we have a long pack of Police papers all about it !!!!!!!!!!!

CHOTA SAHIB WILL NO LONGER BE PRODUCED UNLESS AND UNTIL WE RECEIVE EVERY LAST CENTIME AND EURO OF ALL OF THE MONIES WE HAVE BEEN DEFRAUDED FROM BY THE ENGLISH RETAILER AND OUR FINANCIAL POSITION FULLY RESTORED AND LOST AND DAMAGED GOODS AND VEHICLES REPLACED. 

 

I have already been in touch with our Strasbourg Attorney about all this and the French Police, so those in the "Industrie" who like to spread thes tory I made it all up, are either just plain miss informed or plain lying and crooked.

It also has surfaced, that leading "personalities" in the Industrie at the time, Stuart Hessney and Sara Vix also were connected to all this, and when contacted about it, refused to co operate at all.

We therefore wash our hands of "Toy Soldier and Collector magazine". (The only Industrie Periodical that has any customers left reading it who are not already up the Cemetrie !!!!)

​

We DO NOT MAKE OR SELL "Trade figures" or castings to the "Industrie for this reason, and refuse to sell our works in England because of this.  

​

ALL OUR MONEY MUST BE REPAID.  ALL STOLEN GOODS RETURNED.  AND ALL DAMAGED VEHICLES REPLACED !!!!!!!!!!!!!

AFTER THAT WE ARE MORE THAN HAPPY TO SELL THE BUSINESS ON, IN THE INDUSTRIE I WILL SELL EVERYTHING ELSE OFF  FOR THE PRICE WE REQUIRE , (this will be a price Punitive and Must include the cost of repalcement of a Motorhome, a van and some Compensation to me eprsonaly for all the Commercialy based "unpleasantness"  ........

45 000 Music In Miniautres, (the surviving ex New Zealand Moulds, and ALL masters surviving.

15,000 MOUNTFORD Artillery Range in 1/32 Scale.

07,000 BATTLEZONE World War Two Paratroops Range in 1/32 Scale.

I was beaten up, and nearly killed, I just want to jolly well get out of the Industry, and by the way, what id like to say and Do to those individuals is publicaly un repeatable. I am not a violent or normaly angry man, (and please dont think or believe those who try to say otherwise, such ones al have something to hide) I am just an innocent busnissman, I bought the ranges for retirement income nothing "more" !!!! (i dont know where they get their information).
