ROGUE TRADERS Affairs Involving Dishonesty
There are a certain group of persons and Dealers within the Business who use and employ "sharp Practice", who steal the designs, copyrights and Tooling of other bone fide producers and who then produce Piracy fraudulent products.
Certain Products sold to ourselves, and for which we have Legal Documentary proofs, have been onoccassion "res old" at the same time as our purchase, to A N OTHER in the "Business" resulting in a breach oc copyright and Intelelctual Property rights. Where this has been the case, Studio paris Art, and Mr maxime Jouhan Chevallier, , being the rightful lawful owners of such, and in posession of concrete proof, may at our discretion, re acquire, seize, confiscate, obtain through industry informants or outsider purcahses, those goods and the associatted rights.
Piracy Toold (E Bay, Online Forum, Online "Seller" etc etc sold) Re Casted stolen figures, will all be seized, re purchased y us to obtain legal proof and validation of theft and piracy, complaints registered with the electronic selling platforms or Internet service providers upon whose platform the offending goods were being sold, and to Trading standards, VAT Customs and excise and the Police.
This practice applies to the following ranges where fraudulent Dishonest selling, miss description and Insurance fraud or other has been involved.

We keep a BLACK LIST of these "Rogue" Businesess and those at Toy Figure shows or in the "Industrie" who turn a blind eye and support them, and if we discover that a subsequent "order or purchase" from us is in fact connected to one of these Bad faith Dealers, then we shall withold the shipment of your order, and all funds paid to us by the connected person or contact for that "rogue dealer" will immediately become Forfeited and not repaid.
Our Legal Representatives shall be informed.
We may also inform the Customs, Excise Police Trading Standards or Police as is demmed relevant at the time of the offence.
Anyone offerring Documents, papers, attempting to acquire Signatures or official Data , attempting un lawful Parcel Re Direction, or making attempts to acquire Funds by offerring their "service" as if through us, will be reported to the Police for Investigation.

Un Authorized use of our Toy Soldier, Model Kit or other product or Design, by any other legal entity or Person or Business or Commercial agency will therefore constitute a Criminal Legal Offence.

A very serious incident involving violent robbery, assault, and damage to property in France, directly connected and associatted to a ongoing over Copyright and stolen piracy goods with our former retailer who stole designs, in the Uk has meant Mr Chevallier has imposed a Legal EMBARGO on selling or exporting our goods from the Chota Sahib or Studio Figure to the Uk.
95% Of our Toy Soldier or Kit items are made to a constant 1/32 scale size (54MM Scale). We do also offer a number of Large Scale size figures or kits. These are listed separately when available.
The Products listed appearing in our Site Shop catalogue are what is currently available for customers. We aim to increase the choice over time. We will "rotate" the entiree catalogue THREE time s only during our ownership of the Business.
Our Product Inventory includes over Seven Thousand product items. Please note that due to this we offer our products on a "stock rotation" and that only a percentage of the entire range can be physicaly available for sale to you at any one time.
However if you have a wish to acquire a special or rare piece, and know the precise item you seek from the currently out of rotation catalogue, please e mail us and we will discuss your requirements. This is a "one off" individual special service" for which we charge a Fee to provide.
We only produce approximately one Third our entire range at any one time due to materials and other costs.
Our products are exclusively hand made and crafted items, made from White Lead Free Metal. Many are sold as Kits for the customer to assemble and paint to requirement.
PROFESSIONALY PAINTED FIGURES OR KITS

As of 16/07/2026 We do now offer a small number of Pre Painted figures or sets. Our "Colonial Infantry" and Artillery Crew Figure set range.
Otherwise our Metal toy soldiers and Metal Models are sold as bare unpainted White lead Free metal Castings or parts, for the customer to assemble and paint at home.
Please note. Our Figures and kits are shipped to you in perfect condition. Where Customers use the wrong type of glue, the wrong or badly applied paint, inapropriate tools, or assembly methods, we "STUDIO PARIS ART VEB" cannot and will not be held legaly Liable for any Loss experienced due to these causes. See also REFUND POLICY below.
We do NOT sell individual "Metal castings" work or "sell" from a "list of castings" or unpainted bare metal parts as part of our Business or Service.
CERTAIN SPECIFIC CAST PARTS ARE SOLD SEPARATELY
Please note we do not "work from a list of separate saleable castings". Whilest we are willing to sometimes supply specific Metal castings or figure parts, this is on a strictly limited individual basis. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
The selling of individual Metal castings is a strictly "one off "individual special service. We just cant do this all of the time for practical reasons.

Mnr Chevallier does , exceptionaly, supply a selection of castings, on a page at the end of this web shop site, showing what the customer may buy as bare castings. The content of this castings page is subject to change accordding to our production at the time.

Product catalogue and Box Artwork or Packaging Photos show professionaly assembled and painted products. "STUDIO PARIS ART VEB" sells professionaly painted figures and assembled Kits, and occasionaly items that are to be assembled and painted at home by the customer.
They are not a contractual gurantee of results. "STUDIO PARIS ART VEB" cannot and will not be held liable legaly for badly completed kits at home, or poorly finished figures by the customer after sale. Which were not sold finished or painted from our Business. If a customer builds the products and finishes items badly after sale by us.

SPA Aim to provide featured descriptions regarding assembly, conversion and painting of the Models sold by us, to aid and assist customers with building their own Models.
We provide a painting guide in each box, for our figures or kits. We provide assembly instructions and where relevant Decals. Please folllow the guides and use reputable paints glues or materials to finish your Model.
Quality and results of the finished and assembled and painted products (if sold by us as a unpainted item or kit) will depend and be the responsability of the Customer and their level of Modelling skill.
Great care is taken by "STUDIO PARIS ART VEB" to offer quality products to the customer. In the unlikely event of our Professionaly painted and assembled figures or kit products failing to please, we will refund or exchange them as per our refund Policy set out below.

We are a family run small business operating within the European Economic Community. We are therefore subject to and will follow and fully comply with EU Business Regulations and EU LAW.
All orders must be fully paid in cleared funds before we ship goods.
Payment is either by Credit Card or by "MOLLIE" Inter bank Secure trasfer.
TWO MONTH PERIOD FROM ORDER TO DELIVERY
Please allow a Maximum time period of up to 28 days to cast and create your order, and a following 28 days for delivery before sending E mail or making telephone calls. We aim to deliver much more quickly than that, but please respect the 28 day period.
NOTE ABOUT PAINTED SETS
Every toy figure or Model is a bit differrent in terms of the type of clothing, horse furniture painting colours and markings etc they have.
This may affect time taken to perform the painting and finishing of the products ordered.
Some products are simpler and quicker to paint, others more complex and time consumeing to carry out.
Please be aware that certain specific products have a high level of detailed painting to undertake prior to delivery. Larger orders for certain of these items may take longer than the normal 28 days in order to paint to the accepted high standard. Where this may be the case we will discuss this with you.
AVAILABILITY OF STOCK
Due to the Perceived problem of Theft, and Computer Cyber Criminality, combined with recent world events surrounding the Rocketing price of Energy, Business costs and Services and Insurance, we have taken the decision NOT TO HOLD PHYSICAL STOCKS but to cast directly ONLY to paid received Orders.
Our Products therefor are only created once we receive your paid cleared order funds.
There is no exception to this rule.
While every reasonable effort is made to ensure stock availability, sometimes certain items will be out of stock. We aim to replace stock as soon as practicaly possible. This is subject to Workshop Workload and Tooling constraints.
PRE ORDERED STOCK
You may Pre Order stock before it is available subject to customer preference. Stock made will then be reserved for you for payment (up to the 200 Euro amount Limit).
RE TOOLING
Production makes demands of day to day wear and tear on Mould toolings, and occassionaly renewal or repair or re tooling of an previously sold and stocked item becomes un avoidably necessary . Where an out of stock Catalogue item is labelled RETOOL it will not be available until the new replacement tooling has been completed.
REFUND POLICY.
We Video and Photograph Kit contents and Figure sets at our Quality Control Point before final shipment. Therefore claims to us for "Missing parts or Figures" are unlikely to occur "often."
SPECIAL NOTE
Certain Tiny Fine and very small sized Metal parts that are included in some of our Kits , such as Gun mechanism turning wheels or Horse reigns and straps etc, can be fragile and occassionaly might get lost during un packing by the customer.
We do include a spare set in each kit as standard where this is known to be the case during packing of component kit parts into the plastic sealed bags that go into the Boxes.
In such a rare case, we are happy to provide you with the Missing items at our discretion..
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return.
FRAUD AND FAKE CLAIMS SCAMMERS(Les Arnaque!).
If the customer Claimant does not have the valid original receipt of sale. Does NOT have the original goods. No goods are known to have been purchased by them, and or No Goods are in fact present for return or exchange.
Damaged and broken scratched or badly assembled poorly re painted Goods that we have Dated stamped video or photo proof were despatched in perfect condition and have been abused or substituted fraudulently by the customer .
We do not exchange items covered in Glue, where the wrong glue or paints have been used, Thick carelesly applied paint, or which are assembled carelessly or broken by the Customer after Shipping by us.
This is to safeguard us from abuse by certain un scrupulous ones who attempt to obtain a free new kit or figure set from us by returning "recasts" and avoid payment.
For special "Larger Items" such as the Elephant Gun Trains and Aeroplane Models, Larger Sets of Figures, a Fifty Percent pre Order Deposit is required. The Deposit is to cover us for the materials and labour used.
SPECIAL NOTE "LARGER ITEMS"
Should the Client fail to perform Payment for any reason, after 1 Calendar Month of the completion of that order ready to ship, the pre Order paid Deposit will be Forfeited and we will re list those goods for sale. There is therefore a 1 Months "grace" period to enable a client to correct the issue of Non Full payment to enable us to ship the goods to them, before the above step of "Forfeit" action is taken.
We reserve the right to change waivre or withdraw this arrangement from our terms subject to our commercial experience.
WE DO NOT OFFER SALE OR RETURN ALL RETAIL ORDERS OR OTHER MUST BE FULLY PAID BEFORE SHIPPMENT IS MADE.
Due entirely to our past commercial experience with goods NOT being "returned" to us and a resulting Loss, We do NOT Ship or supply Goods on "sale or return" or offer "Credit". There is no exception to this rule.
Payments must be in Cleared funds by a major Credit Card or Mollie Inter bank Transfer of funds . We DO NOT accept payments in Digital Numeric Internet style currencies, such as Crypto Money or "Bit Coin" !

Due to commercial Piracy by a Business Rival, and several recent attempts involving damage to property, and to steal valuable goods and take Smartphone photogrpahs of Designs , Inellectual Property , Goods and persons, no visits to our workshop or Studio facilities is allowed.
INDUSTRIAL ESPIONAGE INDUSTRY RIVAL OPERATOR THEFT OF OUR WORK
Please be aware and respect that we DO NOT receive "visitors" or customers to our production workshop or Design Studio. This is to ensure the protection of forth coming brand new products being reveaed to rivals, and subsequently stolen and copied, the privacy of persons, and commercialy valuable and sensitive Intellectual Property and Designs and to fully comply with Legal Insurance obligations.
ILLEGAL SURVEILLANCE UNLICENSED PRIVATE DETECTIVES
Traffick of CCTV Office Workshop or other Camera suystems, Operating an illegal "Reseau Masque or hidden Network within a office or busines or domestic network " WAN or LAN type network in offices or internal private rooms is a criminal offence.
Working and acting as if a private spy or detective is against the law in France and is considered as "Espionage". The Law treats this most seriously and those involved in this practice, using their positions for example in Security Alarm or other Companies, to spy, watch record, record film or othrwise intrude, for example using your alarm service Radar unit to access office computers, (wifi) or Computer bulk printer firmware etc) is a criminal offence and considered in France as an act of Espionage.
Recently a Network CCTV Camera in our office was "Trafficked" and a security sytem used illegaly to aid third party criminal persons to steal goods of value of 5000 Euros. Computer Machinery was targeted, breaking down and ruining FIVE Computer units in just one year. Thousands of Product Photos and Images were corrupted or "trashed".
Use of Scrammblers or "Bouiller" to defect detourn traffic CCTV System is absolutely illegal and if you are discovered we always report offenders to the Gendarmerie of Police.
WARNING
Any and all cyber malveillance will be reported to the Procurator De la Republic in France and or to the Law Enforcement relevant agencies. Our Informatic equipment is Monitored and our site protected by alarm system linked directly to the Gendarmerie of Police.
Photography of our Business , vehicles used for it, Delivery Staff , Product stock and persons working for us is NOT authorized, and IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Mobile telephone and Camera photography at our site is strictly not allowed, and persons hanging round and so doing will be reported to the Police.

Flooding and other electrical type or physical damage caused due to Intense storms and exceptionaly adverse weather has greatly increased over recent years.
