Studio Paris Art has prepared all Production colour or other Photographic content used to sell our products on this WIX Web Site Shop Platform.

Display of or use on this web site does not confer transfer of ownership, Intellectual Property  rights to any other Industrie  businesess or third party legal agency other than ourselves. At all times Studio Paris Art retains and holds all legal rights of use, distribution and ownership of the web site contents.

 

Rights to use our Photographs can be aqcuired on reasonably priced terms , and the payment of a commercial Licence Fee from us.

This wil be at our sole Discretion.

 

For the avoidance of all doubt, this means our toy Soldiers, Model Kits and all other  products and the Photos of them.

It is not permited to re use our images , photos and text from our wix web site or to commercialy re sell them or to convert our images into software grid matrixes for printing use, 

 3D Print or convert Images into 3DPrint files" to create commercial sold products or goods.

Any such product Piracy and copying, theft or copyright infringement activity will be subject to criminal prosecution using applicable laws.
