About Us

The founder of the business inherited his artistic and creative talents from his mother, who trained in art and dance in Paris during the 1960s. A passionate collector of figures, he dedicated his youth to saving up for the figures, kits, and paints necessary to pursue this hobby. After receiving four precious hand-painted ROSE Miniatures figures from his school head, he promised himself he would one day create a model soldier business for others to enjoy this fascinating hobby. Today, we proudly offer over seven thousand unique handmade toy soldiers for collectors. After training in mold and pattern making as well as lost wax casting in the late 1990s, he started with vintage metal and toy soldier figures. Our first original mold, in 1999, was of a medieval on foot wielding a halberd, which set the foundation for our focus on medieval figures. After years of selling rare, out-of-production figures, he became a manufacturer by acquiring copyrights and tooling from the former Sid Horton 54MM and 90MM "Chota Sahib" and Ex Studio Sarum figurine ranges. In the summer of 2023, he expanded his business by acquiring a larger operation, including full mold tooling and master figures. Today, we produce and toy soldier figures in 54MM, 90MM, 120MM, and other related scales.
