Available payment methods

Studio Paris Art Accepts Payments by Major Credit Cards. We also accept payments by International Bank Transfer via the "MOLLIE" Payment Service.

Accepts Payments in several  European  Countries  via "KLARNA" payment service. 

We DO NOT ACCEPT payments by PAY PAL, BIT COIN, E MONEY, CHEQUE or CASH.

TAX on Purchase Prices

The Current French EU Rates of Tax are charged for each order transaction on the price of the goods. The Tax is shown clearly on the breakdown on each client receipt. Please ensure as a customer that you keep your receipts and order proofs in a safe place.

ADDITIONAL PAYMENT CHARGES

Our WIX Site sometimes uses Payment Acceptance services, such as KLARNA, MOLLIE etc. These service providers do make separate charges. 

We at Studio Paris Art VEB Miniatures do not make additional charges, other than for special order out of catalogue items, our normal services as described elsewhere on this site. MOLLIE & KLARNA are Third Party banking and payment services, and they do make charges as explained on their own separate company or Business web site information. Studio Paris Art DO NOT share a commission or receive benefit from those other charges, they go to the provider of the Mollie or Klarna or other providers used services.

We are a small family run business, please do not offer us "payment in goods or other metal castings".

We do NOT offer "Sale or Return", and we do not offer Credit. All Goods MUST be paid for fully before any Shipping.

How the service will be provided or performed

Studio Paris Art offers our Toy Soldiers and or Kits and Models for customer Purchase on the pages featured on our Online WIX Web Site Boutique Shop.

We "Cast our Figures and Kits" to order. We do not carry stocks at our site. Each customer order is hand crafted after the customers order is received,  and hand made, and prepared for each client individualy, we DO NOT provide "mass produced" items. 

The minimum duration of the contract for a service 

Studio Paris Art VEB Terms give Two Calendar Months from Initial customer payment, the creation (casting and preparation) of your Toy Soldiers or Models, to the delivery and receipt by the customer of the goods. Our Terms allow for a Refund if after this time for some reason we were unable to fullfill your order or, exceptionaly and if desired by the customer, we may also offer a alternative product of similar type and specification if the customer so wished. There is no obligation to accept alternative items instead of a refund.

How long the offer to enter into the contract on the current terms is valid

Studio Paris Art reserves the right to withdraw, improve, ammend, change or remove, any product without notice.  Our normal terms alllow for completion of your purchase by final delivery of your goods within or up to TWO CALENDAR MONTHS. 

The returns policy

In case this is required, please return your item undamaged, in its original packaging to our given address. Please note however, we must make a deduction charge  for costs and handling.

The cost of customer service communications 

We try as a Business to avoid the kind of event, miss understanding or problem, circumstances giving rise to client service issues,  that cause extensive E Mail, Correspondence or Telephone queries. Sometimes in this world, of course things may have gone wrong, and we will endeavour to solve any query quickly to customer satisaction.

To avoid any extension of delay, and to permit a speedy resolution, please ensure you have your original order details, Packageing, shipping lable/s, Country, name address telephone number and order details to hand to enable us to work efficiently to resolve your query.

Please note Studio Paris Art cannot be held legaly liable or responsable for Damage to goods caused by careless handling during shipping once the goods have left our site.  Please consider Insuring your order, especially if it is of a significant financial, or  material value.

We will be happy to assist the customer in the above Insurance claim, by providing our own copy of the order details as proof of purchase and shipping, to your Insurance company if requested by them.

Please note, in cases where original details packaging or documents are "lost by the customer" Studio Paris Art will be UNABLE to assist you.
