Customer Refunds are made at our Discretion.
EU Legal Regulations will apply to all Transactions on our WIX Site.
Where Local French Law (similarly called statutory Rights in the Uk) applies Local European French Law is always followed.
You MUST however have your Proof of Purchase. This must not be "defaced", damaged, blurred or faded.
If you purchased our Products at a High Street or Toy Show Seller Shop, (and you did not order it directly from the SPA VEB Miniautres wix shop internet store) please contact the original (physical non Internet) seller in the first instance.
You must provide a current dated copie of your valid piece of Identity showing your name and address. If using the Internet we strongly recommend for safety of your data, that you use a Digital Security watermarking or similar secure service, and send the file E Mail "Accusse de reception". (Recorded E Mail Delivery arrival).

If No valid Identity is provided NO Refund can be given.
If you are unable to contact the original (Physical Seller) then please contact us.
You should keep All original Packaging in which the goods were received. Your Receipt and ALL Records of your Purchase in a safe place in case of requiring any Refund.
We do not refund return Delivery, Courier, Insurance or Postage costs.
If any of these Documentary required proofs are "missing" "Incomplete" or damaged to the effect they cannot be recognized or read, regretfully we are UNABLE in that circumstance to issue any refund.
Refunds can only be given in the above specific circumstances.
Prevention of Fraud and Money Laundering.
Please note, Refunds CANNOT BE MADE if the customer does NOT have Valid Identity of name and Address, possess the Receipt and Relevant Proof of payment Purchase details.
Product PIRACY and Re Castings.
With the advent of Modern Technologies, and Electronic Selling Platforms, there is a perceived Problem in the Industry with Copyright Infringement and Piracy Copy Products being made and sold, "passed off" as originals.
Piracy Products use stolen Figures to re create fake "Masters" and produce illegal back street Toolings that break Intellectual Property and Local and International Laws.
Piracy Products are often linked to Money Laundering and Organized crime Criminal Activities.
IF we have sufficient reason to suspect that "Recasting" has been involved in any attempted "refund" return, or that someone has purchased Piracy Figure or kit items from an Online Seller, this will be reported to the relevant Legal authorities.
We always directly warn, and then if necessary after that initial warning, Legaly Act to Prosecute Piracy Producers
That MEANS the Police, Trading Standards Office, Chambers of Commerce, Customs Internal Revenue (Income Tax in the UK) and Tax VAT Authorities..
Please note. Studio Paris Art (SPA Miniatures) do not make figures kits or toy soldiers for anybody "else" and do not give authorisation to anybody else to somehow produce our Products. (Other than our own agreements our Legal advisors might grant time to time for Legaly set up Paid Licencing Production).
Piracy Figures are of poor surface definition and quality, and violate the rights of genuine toy soldier and Model producers and deny them their rightful lawfully due proper incomes from all their hard work.
WARNING
The Penalty in France for copying Intellectual Property and violating Legal Copyright is UP TO £300,000 Euros in Ammende (Fines) and up to THREE YEARS IN CUSTODIAL PRISON.
Mr Chevallier was previously Robbed and Defrauded by a group of UK Criminals and a Dis honest UK Retailer, so he WILL ALWAYS PROSECUTE you if we catch you stealing our work.
Refund Policy - the basics
Refunds can only be issued for up to 28 days after your first purchase.
Discretionary
At our Discretion we may excercise our choice to offer Replacement Goods of Identical type, or if these are not available, to offer an alternative product choice to repalce the refunded returned goods.
