PRODUCTION LICENCING
Studio Paris Art VEB holds an extensive range of Industrial Silicone Rubber Mould Tooling, and associatted "Master patterns" for a large number of toy Soldier Ranges.
Occassionaly, and at our sole discretion, we may offer certain products for use by other business or related industrie operators, to produce or a STRICTLY LIMITED PERIOD OF TIME ONLY our products under a commercial Licence, for which you pay to us a fee for so doing.
This does NOT transfer ownership to third partys of our goods or products, it merely allows you to use certain tooling or patterns for a legaly paid for and specified period of time.
We will at all times retain our own original product tooling and patterns, and the Licencee shall have use of identical second copy tooling of same quality.
Fees for second copy tooling, and Legal set up charges will apply to all such arrangements oragreements.
