Please allow 2 Months for Shipping on Most Items.
We ship our products packed inside Artwork Individual Boxes.
These are placed within a larger sturdy box, along with protective Wrappings.
Every care is taken to ensure your goods reach you in perfect condition from us.
SHIPPING TERMS AND POLICY
Our products are Shipped from Continental Europe, from our Business Premises in Metropolitain France.
We normaly ship goods ONLY to countries within and registered in, the European EU Business Zone. This means we only supply our goods to EU Member states and Countries.
Currently we are unable due Political Incertitudes, , to ship goods to the United Kingdom of Great Britain (UK) or to the United States of America .
We do not send or ship goods to the Russian Federation.
We do not ship goods to Mexico.
SHIPPING TERMS
From placing your original order to Delivery please allow up to TWO CALENDAR Months. Though we aim to provide them faster than this.
ALL PRODUCTS ARE STRICTLY CAST TO "ORDER"
All our products are specialy Hand Crafted and hand Made.
We only produce our products on a strict "Cast to order" basis.
Our Shop Marks items as "out of stock" because we carry typicaly ONE or TWO items only in "stock", but we will Cast your Toy Figures and make your order as soon as we recieve your Purchase order or "command". The MAXIMUM Delivery time can be up to two Months, (especially if a large roder of painted sets or pre Built Painted assembled Models) ) though we aim to ship your goods much faster than that. Certainly bare un painted Metal castings or Kits will be shipped more typicaly within 28 days (unless you have requested a lot of special extras*).
Items Listed as "out of stock" can still be purchased simply by clicking on buy now, "Pre Order "or "Add to cart" and this generates our command order to make the items for you.
If marked as already "In stock" are items which we CAN cast and make currently within our rotation of the product Catalogue for which we may carry small ready to ship stocks Typicaly for single Metal Figures or small kits.
As a Business, we reserve the right to change or ammend the available offer of our products without notice.
Should a listed item for some reason prove unavailable within the Two Month period, we may offer you an alternative product, or alternatively, a refund if required.
CATALOGUE RANGE
We have a rather large set of Tooling and patterns, consisting of several Thousand differrent toy soldier figure or kit products. It is simply not practicaly possible to have every single product oritem available in one "catalogue rotation".
To produce our entire range requires AT LEAST (!!) THREE Rotations and changes to accomplish this.
Only in this manner can we hope to issue and provide the collector with the maximum possible choice of figures.
This is because several of our ranges of toy soldiers are VERY large.
We will publish advance notice when we are going to rotate our listed Catalogue and issue NEW products, which supercede the original catalogue.
SPECIAL ORDERING SERVICE AT COST.
Occassionaly, it may be possible to order non Catalogue listed (but available in tooling) items at a premium price by special order arrangements, please discuss this option with us if required.
We can also Modify certain Figures for you (such as Artillery Gun Crew ) to create a specialy wanted "Pose" of Figure for your Collection. Please alow longer for the Shipping for the Special service as inevitably, they take longer to make.
This service will be at our sole discretion, and the additional fee for providing this is added to the price of the ordered goods.
As a Business we avoid carrying large stocks in storage areas and associatted Theft, Fire or Flood or Storm Damage risks. Due to Global Climate Change, and Severe weather Patterns, Insurance Claims experince in France and Europe has greatly increased, with many total losess being reported due to Forest Fire, Sudden Storm Flash Flooding, Mud Slides, and Tornados arising from the increasingly recurrent "Super Cell" Thunderstorms now being encountered yearly in France. As a Responsable and Forward thinking Busnissman, Mr Chevallier who owns the Company, has faced with the newly recurring risks, adjusted the way we work to make allowances for this and to increase Product continuity, availability and Reduce wherever, whenever possible, these risks from Global Climate Change weather patterns, such as "EL NINO" and "Episode Mediterranean" Weather recurrences.
Tot his effect, over the past two years, we have Installed a new Draiange system, and built a Storm Water Drain, and changed the Locations of several operations to safer areas less exposed to risk.
Once we receive your payment, we begin work on casting and preparing your toy soldiers.
We do not hold large stocks in warehousing or storage due to increasing costs for insurance, and increasing risks of break ins and nuisance thefts and Insurance claims experience, aggravated by the recent world events surrounding Petrol and other energy prices.
Please note we are a small family run Business.
All our products are produced by ourselves in our own workshops, we do NOT use third party industry "subcontractors" or other outside caster services.
Currently as of going to press and launching our commercial web site Boutique shop services,we sell our toy figures as Bare un painted metal castings, in kit form for you to assemble and paint at home.
We hope at a future date to provide Professionaly painted Sets at our discretion.
The ordered goods will be despatched via LA POSTE FRANCE Service from the Postal Depot. After this it will pass through various Postage zones and or services until it reaches your given delivery address.
INSURANCE FOR LARGE ORDERS
We do not provide Insurance Services. If the client requires Insurance, please consult with your provider of these services , giving them the details and value, description etc of the order you require to be Insured.
Please note we are not Legaly responsable for Loss or Damage to goods once they have left our premises .
We will be happy to assist you with any Insurance Claim by providing your Insurers with a copie of our own securely stored Record of your order, if necessary, to assist you in event a claim should arise during Shipping.
In this event, please provide us with your Insurers details and we will send the copie directly to them.
Otherwise we are unable to assist you.
