German Amlpine or Gebergsjager troops fought in Europe and on Crete, in various roles. This figure represents a typical European German Army Mountain Ski soldier.  The soldiers often wore an "Eadelweiss" White Flower on their uniforms. Eadelweiss grows only very high on precipitous Rocky Mountain outcrops, and to have climbed up to their to get the flower is considered the "mark of a Man".  White metal Kit in 1/32 Scale Requires Glue and paint to complete.
