This White Metal Figure kit is to make a Saracen or Moorish Mounted Spearman typical of the epoch. He wears typical Moorish saracen costume, carriers a rounded shield and is armed with a long spear. Though less well metaly armoured than the Crusadrs they fought against, the Saracen Riders compensated for this by the advantage of extra speed, agility and better manouverability on the Battlefield than their armoured but rather much heavier Crusader opponents.
